I can see a few wrinkles off of this set. For starters, you could toss the ball to the left as well.

No question. Many ways to create diversion here.

I was also thinking you could shuffle the fullback in motion but still facing forward for three to four shuffles, THEN have him shuffle back the other way to his original location just before the snap!

If their MLB isn't top notch, they will be scrambling to figure out their defensive assignments.

Better yet, have the FB signal to the RB what the play and direction of the play will be, so the defense can see it and get prepared. We've tried to do this a few times this year, but the defense hasn't killed this play 100% of the time.

Really the only way to stop this is if you have a veteran MLB who knows how to get the defense set and in the right positions

you forgot the QB putting his hand behind his back like his Audibling then handing it off when there are 10 defensive guys standing at the line of scrimmage
