He almost played last week and is practicing this week. Sounds like he is expected to play.

Davis was a stud for me last week. My RBs suck, but Idk if I can risk starting him is Charles is gonna play!
Who would yal start, Khiry Robinson without Ingram or Davis with Charles possibly back in the lineup?

If you have Charles and Knile, then there is no need to stress. Start Charles and swap him in for Knile Monday evening if he is out again.
With your options, I think I would take the chance and roll with Charles cause your other options suck. Dude was a gametime decision last week. I like his chances.

I have him in the flex right now and I would expect he will play. But just in case he doesn't i have Travis kelce that I can plug in last minute.
