So I made some gumbo a month back then froze about a quart. Last night I thawed it then re-heated it on the stove. My question is that I still had some leftover that I put in the fridge to eat today for lunch. Is that OK? Cook, freeze, thaw, re-heat, cool down, re-heat again.
