Someone convince me to drop Gerhart and/or Romo to pick up Sankey and/or Hyde

I'm dominating this league, but I still can't pull the trigger. Romo and Gerhart are my only "droppable" players. Starting Cutler at QB but I like knowing I have Romo in case of injury. It's a 12 team PPR so both will likely get scooped up if I drop them (but maybe not since the idiots I play with are letting Hyde and Sankey sit there). I just want to see how Gerhart does with Bortles at QB but this might be my last chance to get Hyde/Sankey if they do well this week.
QBs: Cutler, Romo
RBs: Gio, Ellington, Joique, Hill,
Gerhart
WRs: Green, Julio, Patterson, Benjamin, Gordon
TE: Gronk

I really don't either. But neither are Hyde and Sankey and they're sitting there as FAs
