This is how it's done...

It's kind of sad to see their spirit broke, but every one you see somebody riding had to start somewhere and have this done to them. Horses are great animals and do not get the respect they deserve for helping conquer the West.

When we settle Mars, horses will be sent in first because they can reproduce and tractors haven't figured out how to do that yet.

Nope. I prefer ones that have "dabbled in a smidge of porn".

Haven't watched the video, but I'm sure it's a horse bucking. They do that even after they're broke.

It bucks for about 30 seconds and winds down running around a small circle pen.

Yeah, most race horses are green broke at best. Not western saddle broke. Of course when the object is to haul arse in a race, you want one still half wild.

They use to lead the horses in water (river, creek or whatever) about chest deep and then get on them

I always think it's funny just how perfectly they are designed to have us ride on their backs

My brother breaks and trains horses. I expect him to have awful arthritis at 40.

One has probably ingested many harmful drugs. My horse has gotten at least 5 or 6 of the "not for human consumption" drugs in the last year or two.
