Shopper's Choice has one that will work with your phone. But, i don't know how well it works.

The other day I tested my three probe thermometers in boiling water and they were all fricky. I was surprised and bummed out. They seem to work fine for meat temps though.

I bought my thermapen for $69 in an open-box sale. Hell of a thermometer. Very small probe, only needs 1/8" to read, instant read, waterproof, and convenient form factor.
