Good eats/ drinks on South Beach

Company trip to South beach this weekend, staying at The Fontainebleau. We will have some free time saturday. Anyone know of any cant miss bars or restaurants down there?? I might not want to leave the property, Scott Conant has a restaurant , Scarpetta there and i could just stay there and try everything on his menu
