Because I don't find sitting on a bar stool joking about beer all that funny.

You're watching a show that is in a bar 98% of the time

I can't see this show going on without him

If you loved the first season, you are in for a treat. This show got better and better. I would argue that it went out as strong as ever. The final season is ridiculously good.

Probably one of the more original concepts for a sit-com at that time. Most are based on families, office workers, friends living together, and so on.

The premise of Cheers was simple. About a group of people that meet at a bar to hang out.

Am I the only one who wants to strangle Diane most episodes?

Rebecca Howe > Diane Chambers. Diane was just so annoying.

Whoever said this show takes off with the addition of Frasier is spot on.

Diane was annoying, but when Rebecca came around, she was worse. The show had so many other good people that neither of them could ruin it, though the later years don't measure up to the early years for me. I watched reruns and when Coach was on, it was grand. The only ones I see now have Rebecca and her character is downright silly.

Woody was get and he worked as a replacement, but not even close to Coach. The show obviously was still extremely popular. That's how good it was.

Woody's career took off after that series.

Forget what Hat says. He has no taste.

Hi Hat.
