Did they shoot again after he dropped the gun and was alive on the ground, or did he die from shots fired before that?

Obviously, there is no audio, but it sure looks like an execution to me. I don't know how sped up it was immediately prior to the shot.

Not sure but it looks like he dropped it right before they shot. Video shows the cop fired as soon as he saw him. No warning. It's not as if he needed one anyway. Ohio is an open carry state. So it would be perfectly legal for him to have a gun in the store.

I think the video was at regular speed from the time you saw the cop's feet in the left video until the end. It really does look like they peeked around the aisle and shot simultaneously with yelling at the dude.
It didn't sound like they shot after they ran up on him, which makes it only a little better. Still not good.

I can't believe they shot without warning him at all. You would think they would try to communicate with him at least before shooting him.

dude was kinda dumb for walking around the store with the gun like that, but watching that video it seems as though the cops acted rather hastily. they shot him before he even knew they were there

Also the guy who called 911 in this case stated that he brandishing the gun, obvious in the video he wasn't.

I am really confused after watching it again. You hear the shots and see what appears to be the guy going down behind the end cap. But then he runs back around the corner, seemingly unharmed, before going to the ground in surrender. I never any additional shots. I guess the adrenaline could have been pumping in the immediate aftermath, allowing him to attempt to run away, but he looked very much unharmed.

How do u figure they said something and didn't just open fire? Seems obvious in that video no warning was given. As soon as the cops round the corner he shoots.

They did say "get down" at least once and shot after the kid reacted by turning toward them.

I've always wondered what boots taste like, do tell.
That was straight up murder. I remember me and my friends having BB gun "wars" back in the day. They literally just murdered a guy for holding a toy that could put an eye out at best.
I hope hell is real. They have priority boarding passes.

I am no cop defender, but you have to assume the cops didn't know it was a BB gun.
