Mr. Cornwell additionally and inaccurately portrays that our client chose to file a complaint “two years later”. The truth is that the University approached our client in October of 2013 and asked her for the first time whether she would cooperate with disciplinary charges against Mr. Winston after the school received a second report of sexual misconduct by another woman. Our client responded that she would certainly cooperate. Since that time our client through counsel has repeatedly agreed to cooperate and meet with the University. All of these communications, including the October 2013 discussion with FSU officials, is documented. Mr. Cornwell may wish the truth were otherwise but FSU’s own records proves him false.

Maybe this other incident is what the FSU beat writer was referring to when he said there was more to come.
If this turns out to be true, FSU will get butt raped by public perception and the media if they let him play with TWO sexual assault accusations over his head.

Apparently very dumb. From the onset they have fumbled the situation. No Title IX investigation was a good start followed by someone in the athletic department allowing an open twitter question and answer period then the suspension for a half by the coach admin overruled and making it a game all the while allowing Winston to completely take away the winning quarterbacks and team moment by Warm Up Gate, being the focal point of the game shown running up and down the sideline, and being the tv focal point.
In public relations when you are dealing with scandal and overexposure the first thing you do is put your wiener away.

If there are really other allegations out there and Jameis has played despite all of that, then the discussion moves from Winston to Jimbo Fisher. The lynch mob for him would be huge. If there are multiple allegations of Winston sexually assaulting women and Fisher continued to play him knowing that, he will get torched nationally. Comparisons to Penn State would come up.
