3-1, heading into New Mexico State. We'll beat Auburn, because we're not supposed to. We'll beat Florida, because we're supposed to. And we'll beat Kentucky at home.

6-1 heading into the showdown vs. Ole Miss. Relax Tiger Fans. We'll be fine.

Technically, if we beat Auburn, we're supposed to beat FL. But I digress.

I think our winning streak against Auburn ends, but we beat UF, OM, UK. The season will pivot on Bama and TAMU, which is what everyone believed will happen anyway.

I wouldn't bet against you, Will. It's all up to the coaches to set this team up correctly.

Les Miles does well when his back is against the wall. I remember after the 2012 UF loss thinking we were hopeless and there was no way we would beat South Carolina, A&M, or Bama. We were a last minute TD away from winning all three. You can't put too much stock in one loss. We don't need to freak out just yet.

This is exactly what I have been thinking. After a loss to Auburn teams will start taking LSU too lightly and the Tigers could win big down the stretch if all comes together.

Disagree

We beat New Mexico STate

We might beat Kentucky

We lose every other game if we play like we did Saturday

absolutely pitiful performance

Miles' Big 10 mentality is catching up with

He driving a Porsche like a lawnmower

5-7

I don't care what you think.

Other teams have improved around us and we are still playing Jordan Jefferson and are afraid to pull somebody or make a change.

Auburn will beat us, so will Florida.

We wont beat Ole Miss.

Alabama is a given Loss.

Arkansas will be us like a drum at home and Aggies will gut us for Thanksgiving.

No way in hell this team is beating Auburn.

Florida is doable but winning at the Swamp is tough enough even when we are decidedly better.

I think crazy Les Miles shanigans win the Auburn game despite some wild and wooly officiating.
LSU goes in to Gainseville and barely escapes with a win.
LSU comes out completely flat against Kentucky due to it being an 11:00am day game and needs a 4th quarter come back to win.

LSU is a one loss team heading into the Ole Miss game.

It's more in how we lost that has everybody concerned.

The final score is nowhere close to indicative of the arse kicking MSu put on us.

whats more, is you cant say that we wer caught sleeping or looking ahead to Auburn or some shite. If that is the case, you see the team wake-up at some point and respond. Our defense was thoroughly gutted for 4 full quarters. We had no answer. We were just flat-out beat like a drum.

This is the Rant bruh, it's what we do. I believe in Les even when he gives me no reason for my devotion.

Yes there were many ranters at the time assuring everyone that those were 3 certain, ironclad losses, that A&M in particular would beat us by 30, and that we'd be lucky to be in the Motor City Bowl when all was said and done.

It's all up to the coaches to set this team up correctly.

And up to last Saturday I had all the confidence in the world that our OL would be improved, our D would be mean, and our offense would show some type of planning to attack MS weaknesses. What did we get? Same old Les. I've lost any semblance of confidence in Les's ability to change or adjust as a head coach.

We may pull some shite out of our arse and do this - I certainly hope you're right. But our HC has proven time and time again he does not intend to plan to win by adjusting to a team, he intends to do it his way and frick everyone else's opinion.

Hope remains for a miracle, just don't put any stock in Les to do anything to change.

Sorry this turned into another rant about the loss - just commenting on the statement about the coaches setting the team up CORRECTLY.

The Tigers will continue to fight and I'll be right there cheering them on.

And didn't exactly that happen? Because it seemed to me that we careened from epic all-time beatdown, to coming within inches of winning the ball game, within about four minutes of game time.
