I have always heard that running the ball wears down the defense, but don't linemen get just as tired and 'worn down' on passing plays?

It takes note energy playing defense. You are chasing while getting g pounded.

I played o-line at several different levels for 15 straight years. Pass blocking is WAY easier than run blocking!!!
