The 15 yard penalty needs to be assessed after the kickoff. Most kick offs now result on touch backs. Does anyone else feel this way? The rule needs to be looked at.

The kicking team doesn't have to blast it out of the end zone. They could kick a high short one and pin them deep.

What's worse is when the offense is at the 2 yard line and some piece of shite tries to injure a player on defense and the penalty only costs his team 1 yard.

So what happens on a KR TD?

So maybe if the kicking team kicks a touchback (even trying to pin deep), allow for the option of accepting a half the distance to the goal (10 yard line) if they can't pin inside of 10.

My point is as we saw in the Jets game, the personal foul on the TD does not really penalize the Bears.
