Looks like they're having some kind of processing issues. I agreed to $45.47 and was charged $61.43. I called and apparently this has happened to a lot of people and they're working on fixing it.

It looks like the discount is gone. It doesn't show up when adding to cart or checking out. Damn. That was a great deal.
