I baked a big ham last night and only the wife and I are it.
I sliced the rest of it today and saved the bone for a pot of white beans.

What can I do with the rest of the ham other than leftove ham sandwiches?

I love ham and eggs. With a little cheddar cheese, that's gold.
Hash would be good, with some potatoes and onions.

You can make a ham salad(much like a chicken salad) just to mix things up.

Red beans and rice with ham simmered for a long time.

Drop it on a skillet in the morning with some eggs.

Ham, egg and cheese omelets.

Pinwheel sandwiches.

I'd eat it out of the fridge slice by slice till it's gone. I love ham.
