better get used to seeing freshman playing early

I hear a lot of folks saying, "don't worry. They're young. Wait til next year."
I don't know if this is good or bad. I suppose it will remain to be seen. But the football program seems to not mind many players going pro early. I firmly believe that many of these kids can be 'convinced' to stay for a senior season.
If the program is going to market themselves as they do for putting out NFL talent after junior years (as they have especially for the last few years since 2011), they really need to focus on getting kids game-ready as freshman.
I bring it up because it seems like there's a level of pride within the coaching staff since '11 for putting out players early; like a badge of honor or something.
I only hope it doesn't catch up with long term performance, because to rotate players every four years must be difficult enough.

So the rant bitches when players don't play early.
Now they get their wish and players are playing earlier.
