Last season I ranted about the areas where Les Miles Lacked.
The one thing I said was he is too predictable and many of the best players in the state does not want to play for him. Honestly, I've never liked Les Miles, because he simply, cannot recruit and he cannot coach. Time to start looking for other options.

I will be the first one to admit that I am starting to agree about the play calling

No it is time for CLM to allow a competent OC to run the offense and for him to just manage the team.

He lost me after Ole Miss last year. He can recruit, but fails in development at a lot of positions and is not good with x's and o's. That's 1/3 of major skill sets needed at HC. I can't see this team fully turning it around under him in the next 3 years or so. We will always be above average with Les. If 2007 wasn't such an anomaly of a CFB season, his seat would be a lot hotter right now. I hope he takes the job at Michigan this time and we can start to explore candidates with the potential for greatness, even if it's a rocky road along the way.
