BillShanks @BillShanks
This is the 1st time in Atlanta Braves history that a GM has been techinically fired. Others have either stepped down, reassigned or died.

Ken Rosenthal @Ken_Rosenthal
#Braves’ three-person transition team will include Hart, Schuerholz and Bobby Cox.

I can see cleaning house with Wren and Fredi. What I don't understand is Wren being fired and not Fredi. If they were just going to fire one, I'd rather it have been Fredi.

Clear for weeks that Wren would take fall. Now, will new afrangement with John Hart and Coppolella be like Hart/Daniels, or Epstein/Hoyer?

Sacrificial lamb

Liberty media could up the payroll and have the braves win the east next year.

Fredi didn't throw money at a terrible 3rd baseman or a god awful center fielder.
