Yeah, I'm guessing you're not too familiar with fraternities outside of LSU.
DKE doesn't really have a reputation for issues like some other fraternities.
There's one particular fraternity I'm thinking of which seems to have major systemic problems because every chapter of theirs I'm familiar with has managed to get suspended or fully kicked off campus in the past 15 years, typically for allegations of sexual assault or cruelty to animals.

Every decent national fraternity has had nearly every good chapter kicked off campus at some point. That means nothing.

Yep.
Some just have a bigger reputation for it than others.
Every chapter is individual to a degree and the qualities of the members there will determine the quality of the chapter.
Get a group of shitty guys running a chapter and the chapter dies one way or another.
The particular fraternity I'm picking on, which goes unnamed, seems to have major systemic problems because the same shite keeps coming up over and over again with various chapters.
That seems to be a case where there's a certain culture involved that needs to be fixed and it isn't being changed by either Nationals or the regional guys who go around to evaluate chapters.

I admitted my bias here because the Ole Miss DKE chapter is legendary... One particular story where they had some kind of complaint filed by the Tri Deltas, so to make it up to them they sent them donuts. They then sent over the pics of them placed on their DKEs.
