Fullback and TE blocking

I've noticed it all year but it was particularly evident when we got stuffed 4 times at the goal line. The left side of the line did their job but Neighbors and whichever TE it was literally stopped us from scoring. The holes were plugged by them. Twice. I'd prefer to see a one back set.
