He's the best coach ever at LSU! You may be 19 and not remember the Hallman/ Dinardo days...but Regardless of his record, recruiting ability, clean record, commitment to LSU....let's fire him! The question is, who do we replace him with? It's a great time to be a Tiger Fan.

We can replace him with anyone, were LSU. Finding a coach is no problem.

We just got killed by Mississippi State at home at night in our updated stadium. We didn't just lose, we got destroyed. Our biggest strengths in the Miles era were nowhere to be found. Miles hate is justified now.

Coaches would kill to get this job. With all this talent?

The list of schools who have said that is endless.

I love Les and want him to stay. But if we needed to replace him with someone, there's a coach available that recently won a BCS championship.

If we fire Miles there will be tons of coaches licking their lips for the LSU coaching job. No need to worry about who.

Says Miami.....wait....says Texas, no wait....USC.....no? Says Michigan! shite. Alabama? Oh, wait, it took them a decade to find a Saban.

Don't need to fire him. Somehow the dudes got to fix his propensity to run predictable plays out of predictable sets and insisting on running up the middle come hell or high water. Also, if the dude insists on having a "dual threat" QB then at least get one with pocket awareness who CAN run because it's obvious miles is not interested in the throwing half of the "dual". And to address the 500 posts about leaving early, I left specifically out of frustration with this offensive stupidity. Support the players and appreciate their effort 100%.

No one will leave a good situation to come here. If UT couldn't get who they wanted neither could we. The only thing you can do is hire someone who's at a lower tier program. And that's always hit or miss.

The time to get a home run hire was when Saban left. There's nothing we can do until miles retires.

Miami does not offer what LSU does. Alabama was shite before Saban and they still got Saban. Texas had many options so I don't understand that example. USC had to deal with suspensions. All pretty bad examples to be honest. Texas got a solid coach, they just recruit overhyped players (Mack did).

Miles is a beast recruiter and players and players families love the guy, but when it comes down to actual "coaching", yeah, he's not all that good...

he's plays not to lose, rather than playing to win... the offense that he's so stubborn to change is so predictable that opponents really don't even have to game plan... and the defense is all predicated on the line... if we don't have a defense line that can hold their own, we're fricked...

Great point, for the youngsters here the prison sex (we were the small inmate)we took last night to a team with half the talent looked just like the beatings from the old days.
Miles has always won with talent, talent level dips a bit and Les' pants come off.

Ya we had the perfect opportunity after Saban left....and we chose an OkSt coach with a barely winning record who had ties to Michigan. I was upset about it as a 14 year old kid and I'm still irritated by it now.

Regardless of everyone's angst, the bottom line is results. And he's brought results and is one of LSUs winningest coaches.

After a loss, everyone talks like a bitter divorce just happened and can only bring up negative moments in his career.

All I'm saying, and I'm not defending him here because I'm indifferent......is you better watch what you wish for....just might get it and the odds of landing a coach that won't be as successful as opposed to one that will be MORE successful is more than likely higher than what you'd want I to be.
