I seen some guys doing it yesterday around Gulfport. Is it hard? Looks fun, in my 40's ( old fart I know

Our SUP instructor when we went to Playa del Carmen teaches this as well. Takes several lessons to be able to do it on your own. Looks fun though.

I've watched people do it at St. Augustine Beach. It looks very physically demanding.
