I make some with Cavender's Greek Seasoning and Roasted Bell Peppers from the jar that are pretty good. Cook in the pan and melt a little provolone or feta over the top

I've also done some with smoked chipotle Tabasco and chili powder that were real good.

I use 93/7 ground turkey. It's easier to cook them in a pan than on the grill in case they start falling apart.

Why not use 93/7 ground beef instead unless you just like turkey?

Eggs (or egg whites only if you're in to that)
seasoned bread crumbs
diced yellow onion
minced garlic
parsley/cilantro
finely chopped jalapeno

On top, throw some sliced avocado and a simple pico.

Grind your own turkey (meat in general). it's much safer. No telling what's really in store bought grinds. Some of this store ground turkey is much worse than ground beef. No way to tell about pregrind sanitation or handling conditions.

Come on man, turkey burgers ain't that bad!

And this is coming from someone who loves burgers. Beef, beef/pork, turkey...it doesn't matter. If done right it will still be delicious. rbWarEagle's recipe ain't half bad

I'd just add some Worcestershire sauce and some mustard at least to keep the meat moist.

I happen to like turkey burgers quite a bit. Try hitting em with some Montreal spicy steak seasoning...it has dill and some other very poultry friendly spices in it.

I mix some lea and perrins in with the meat, then cover with mozzarella cheese right before it's done cooking. Simple and always comes out tasty. P

Make two patties. Combine garlic, worcestershire, egg whites, bread crumbs, salt, pepper. Once patties are formed stuff some laughing cow cheese between the two patties. Cook each side on stove top for 3-4 minutes. Throw in 350 degree oven for remainder of time. 10-12 minutes. Won't ever cook them any other way...Worcestershire is the key, IMO. Makes them very juicy once finished cooking.

Where are the burger purist ?

Using turkey for a burger is worse than putting tomatoes in gumbo.
