Help with RB2/FLEX PPR

Starting lineup:
Foles
Demaryius Thomas
Antonio Brown
Zac Stacy
Frank Gore - plays a tough ARI defense
Julius Thomas
Victor Cruz - can't hold onto the ball
I'm debating whether to throw in Jeremy Hill (plays TEN) or Bernard Pierce (plays CLE) for either Frank Gore and/or Victor Cruz. What would you do? Any help would be appreciated.

I'd probably go Hill over Cruz.

Cruz plays the Houston Texans. They seem like a decent matchup for the Giants WR but Eli hasn't looked incredibly impressive and Cruz has 5 drops already.

I just don't know if you can trust anyone in New Jersey other than the Tight End if you don't have another option.
I'd still probably go with Hill and sit Cruz until he proves he's reliable. But that's just my opinion.
