What's going on with Kevin Tolliver?

I haven't been keeping up with recruiting this year like I usually do. I noticed he's a soft verbal and visiting VT this weekend. Is there any fear he doesn't end up a Tiger?

We need a "suspect" equivalent for KTIII, I think. As in, what suspect is to Buga, _____ is to KTIII.

Soft usually means taking visits... firm would be it they have shut it down.
