Shooting reported near East Jefferson High School

One person was shot near the East Jefferson High School campus as a football game was wrapping up Friday night. An email from the sheriff's office says, "male victim, non life threatening injuries." People attending the game said police stopped all traffic and wouldn't let them leave the campus. The shooting happened at Ligustrum St. and Phlox Ave. Police say three suspects are in custody. The victim was shot in the arm.

Why did they stop describing the shooter?
If I live in the immediate area and a shooter is on the loose, I need to know what they're wearing, color of their skin, color of clothes, hoodie, cap, glasses, etc.
