That's stupid on 2 levels. First, he's not that great off ball and you already have Rubio. Secondly, his injury history isn't that much better than Eric Gordon's was at this point in his career. I'm not saying he's about to miss the next 2 years, but he does seem too injury prone for a Max contract.

However, the Suns are not interested in the sign and trade packages the Timberwolves are offering, according to Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Suns would want an All-Star – or potential All-Star – in return for Bledsoe and had only considered Kevin Love in a possible sign-and-trade scenario with the Timberwolves, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Huh? Bledsoe has spent an enormous chunk of his career playing off the ball, he even did it in college.

Can agree with this.

And the Wolves may consider Bennett an asset (I wouldn't), but he would seem redundant with the Marqueef and Marcus Morris being similar type combo forwards (only better and cheaper). No way I would trade Wiggins for Bledsoe, and I don't see anything else on their squad to entice the Suns.

With Paul or Dragic who demand defensive attention at all times- not so much with Rubio. I don't think those two are an easy fit on that end, especially with the lack of shooting Minnesota has. Defensively though, probably the best guard combo in the league.

Wouldn't be a terrible move for the Wolves, especially if they are no longer enamored with Rubio and are willing to move Pekovic (Dieng, Bennett, Wiggins frontcourt of the future- yes, please). Bledsoe plus those 3 is a young, athletic team that could make waves in a couple of years. But it looks like Flip wants to "compete" now and spend to get 32 wins.
