2012 Ford F150 jerking motion when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear

2012 XLT with a 6 cyl non-eco boost, 27k miles. Anyone else have a problem with their truck jerking or jumping when at low speeds? It almost as if the truck is lagging and then catches up when shifting from 1st to 2nd. Transmission issue? Apparently, upon using the google, it's a fairly common issue when nearly every single year model ranging from '91-now. I brought it to Hub City in Laf told me they couldnt find anything wrong with it and basically gave me a bunch of corporate bullshite. My truck jerks from 1st to 2nd gear every single time I start it up and begin to drive off.

like jerks left or right?
Or lurches forward with a "umph" or a kick?

My 2005 started doing that and it turned out to be spark plugs and I was worried that it was the tranny

My 2012 5.0 does it as well. If I'm rolling forward, foot not on gas or barely on gas, and then I accelerate, It'll jerk forward, just a little bit. It always makes me nervous, but nothing has ever come of it (that I know of).

So basically what youre saying is that Hub City Ford knew exactly what was wrong with it but blew me off?
