Obviously not as an overall player, but as the most prolific return man of all time

He's an eventual lock, but probably not first ballot

I think no. Just being a good return guy doesn't make you HALL of FAME material. If he continues his trend and really sets the bar way above Deion then maybe consider him.

No.

Not saying he shouldn't, but I don't think he will.

I think he will get in. Unfortunately, the NFL is trying to take away kickoffs. Hopefully, that doesn't affect his legacy/ how people remember the position.

If that is the case, how can you argue that the greatest punter can get in, but not the greatest return man?

He is the greatest. He changes games. Coaches are literally willing to give up 20 yards of field position to keep the ball out of his hands. That changes play calling big time.

And Ray Guy holds 0 NFL punting records.

I say yes for Devin Hester.

Yes. He won more games for the bears in clutch situations than most of the offense. As strictly a return guy, hes set himself apart from the players of his era.

Yes he will.
He just set a record that might not ever be broken again thanks to the new kickoff rules.

ETA: Its a shame that this is the 2nd ATL player who is probably a lock for the Hall of Fame, but won't retire as a Falcon.

Well.. Win they play the majority of their career on another team, then the falcons pick them up before retirement that could happen.
