Gustavo Banegas discovers not everything stays in Vegas, not even sexual battery

Gustavo Banegas, 22, faces two counts of sexual assault and one count of open or gross lewdness. He was celebrating his birthday at a pool party at Wet Republic, the MGM Grand day club, on Aug. 17 when he found another man passed out in a bathroom, authorities said.
Banegas approached the victim, also a tourist, on the toilet, moved him to the floor and performed oral and anal sex on the man, prosecutor Alicia Albritton said.
A security guard walked in and spotted the victim on the floor, while Banegas was “shifting the body of the victim,” Albritton said.
He can suck all the dirty dick he wants in prison now.
