What is your interpretation of someone ending a text with You*?

Youth baseball commissioner received text from unhappy parent that ended with You*.
Did this crazy mom call my commissioner an "arse" as in "you arse"?
Could be a typo I suppose but she is cray and a problem.

Sounds to me like their was a typo and they corrected themselves with You*

Would need to see more body of the email to confirm. Could be "you-r biggest fan" for all we know.

I have never, in my life, heard the phrase "you*" referred to as an insult. Most people put * in text to denote a correction. It also could have been a typing error.
