Anyone else feel uncomfortable at times with his judgment on which punts to field and which to let go?

I don't mean for this to sound too critical, I think he can be a real good returner, and I like his aggressive mentality. He's gutsy back there. Very reminiscent of the way Mathieu would field punts without hesitation with the coverage team bearing down on him, but there have been a few punts this year that White has fielded that he probably shouldn't have.

Yea - he is pretty aggressive on taking punts that are bouncing around with defenders in the vicinity.

No turnovers and hes averaging almost 9 yards per return. I like him back there.

Its like he gets all excited once the ball hits the ground and uncontrollable urge to jump on it.

He's a solid punt returner. Only thing that worries me is when he dives on balls that have already hit the ground. It hasn't cost us yet, but it's a little too risky for me.

Coaches told him not to allow lost yards by letting it roll during Wisky game.

He sure likes to dive on bouncing punts with defenders all around to save about 5 yards of field position.

He is obviously takes chances that he shouldn't. Those chances won't fly in SEC play

He jumps on it even after it stops rolling.

I actually like it. I love how he will let it bounce and the opposing team will just watch the ball not expecting him to snatch it and go.

It's risky, but I love the aggressive nature.

Considering how much this board bitches about our offense, you would think they would be grateful.

It's okay to catch it off a bounce if you there aren't five people around you waiting to crush you. You gotta be careful against the big boys - they'll light you up and the ball will come flying out. I do like his moves though.

Tre White ain't letting you steal field position with a rugby punt. He's gonna jump on that ball and save the Tigers about 10 yards.

He also let one go for ULM that rolled almost 20 yds.

I do think he looks great with the ball in his hands though. I say let him roll
