Trade: Steven Jackson for Terrance West

Have a trade being proposed, I currently have Terrance West. Std scoring, 10 team league.
What's your thoughts on this one? Ben Tate may be back after the week 4 bye in which case West's value could drop considerably. Jackson hasn't actually done anything this year but he's the main show in Atlanta for the most part.
Not even sure what I'm hoping for by potentially doing the trade other than maybe him turning around and becoming a starter or trading him off later.
