Opinions on Spotify Vs. Beats Music

I put this on the Music Board but not sure about their traffic, plus they probably only listen to vinyl. Figured it is OK for the Tech Board.
I've used Spotify since the day it rolled out in the US and I have no complaints at all. Love it.
However, I updated my Apple TV to see that a Beats app has been added. Being an Apple guy and seeing Beats added to Apple TV has me thinking that going forward, now that Apple owns Beats, there is probably going to be a lot of integration that I won't have staying with Spotify.
Curious as to how people that have used both would compare them.
How are the Beats Music apps? Worse, on par or better than Spotify? That's probably my deciding factor.
