Roll around jambalaya pot owners.

All of you that own roll around jambalaya pots how far from the burner does the pot sit. Also how is the burner attached to the roll Around stand? I am looking to build a roll around stand for my 15 gallon pot. I am in the metal industry and have some great fabricators available. Need some advice on distance etc.

converted a commercial steam kettle
burner is underneath, but the kettle has a double bottom...flame doesnt touch the inside surface

I agree I like the r and r setup but I live in CO so no chance of getting it shipped my way. Plus I have the ability build one just need to know how far pot is away from the burner.
