Buddy of mine offered me Spiller, Larry Donnel, and fitz for Brandon Marshall. It is a PPR league. Yes or no?

That's my thought too. However, my backs are Steven Jackson and Alfred Morris while my receivers are Calvin, Marshall and decker at flex.

Id stick with what you have and check the waiver wire for an RB. Is Bradshaw, Rainey, etc available?

This is a no go. You don't have enough WR depth to validate moving Marshall.
Studs win leagues. Only time I move one for a downgrade is if I am super strapped for depth at a position, and the offer send me back players with upside.

and btw each of those 3 guys have HUGE question marks. It's more likely all 3 of these guys end up as duds rather than studs

Agreed. Keep your studs. Alfred Morris is a solid RB. Just mix and match based on matchups for your RB2.
