Witten for Gordon?

Thinking about adding some WR depth and the guy who has Gordon said he is in need of a TE. Fair trade?

Depth? If you have a decent backup I would take the trade so you have Gordon but thats only if you have a quality TE.

I have M Bennett and D Pitta. I'm good to let Witten go. Just curious if people see Gordon really doing anything since he will will need time to get in game shape and develop chemistry with whoever is QBing.

He's allowed at the facility during his suspension. I don't think he misses a step.

I don't think Witten has a ton of value, so I would definitely make that trade if I were you. I would reject if I was the one getting Witten. With the influx of new athletic TE's, why would you want Witten?
He's traditionally not a big TD guy. He has slowed considerably and Romo throws it to Dez 172 times a game. I just don't see Witten as a TE1 this year.

I hear ya, which is why I am trying to move Witten. Its a PPR League though with .65 per reception and .1 per yard so Witten can still post solid numbers in our league.

While it's never safe to assume too much of Bennett in september I would make the trade. If you could stay competitive till week 12.........

I would do it in a heartbeat. Hopefully Gordon is going to be fresh at the right time of the year. He could be a real difference maker. And Witten probably isn't even the best TE on your team.
