I really think the kid is going to shine. MSU is going to be focusing on Dural hard.....

I also believe Cam/Les are going to be more liberal with the pass. Naive? Nope. It's gonna happen.

I think Quinn on a drag and Diarse on the slant are going to be there all day.

I hope CCC has been emphasizing the short/intermediate passing game with AJ. When we do line up with 4 wide, they'll probably be expecting the homerun, opening up the short middle of the field. Diarse and Quinn could make a living there.

It should be a 280 yd passing night with another 150 on the ground.

You have to have a high safety on Dural or you get toasted. Everything underneath will be open, but all that was open against ULM so...

Flip the numbers and that is more like what will happen.

Yes Quinn and Diarse need to step up..of course we have to throw it to them. Although, our OL and TEs have under performed...it was against smaller quicker fronts.
Obviously MSU D strength is their front 7 but they are bigger guys. Hopefully our big guys can get a hat on them.

Yeah MSU's passing D is the second worst in the conference. I'm guessing we'll try to throw on them in order to open up the run (run D is their strength on D, 2nd in conference).

That drop on third down in the first quarter was a sweet play for Quinn. Hopefully they go back to that.

On the third play of the first drive, Quinn was breaking open to the sideline just as Jennings felt pressure from their DE (Hawkins' fault). I think Jennings could have stepped up once and fired, but instead he took off and came up short of the first down.

It kinda set the tone for the whole night. Good plays drawn up, but the players just not making them.
