Jimmy Johns Downtown: Customer appreciation

Jimmy Johns downtown is having Customer Appreciation from 11am - 3pm. Selling sandwiches for just $1. The line is out the door on 3rd street almost all the way to Florida Street.
How many of you are that desperate for a $1 mediocre sandwich? Looked like a bunch of state workers.

I'm not a bread person at all, but I like their bread. As stated, it's nothing special, but it compliments the sandwich and delicious amount of mayonnaise they put on their subs.

American Mart has by far the best sandwiches out here.
I forget what poster told me to visit there and try them, but I owe them a beer and will gladly pay up.

Was on my way to the one on coursey and saw this is going on there too. I GTFO asap. Annoying. They should have a full price line. I just want a damn sandwich.

Well I'm a state worker and they came to my office giving away free samples the other day. I refused to eat it for moral reasons. Jimmy Johns' Founder/CEO is a big game hunter and I'm boycotting all Jimmy Johns.
