We did in college while drinking with a nerf gun.

An old friend in Lafayette played it once and lost. This was back in the 80s. He was in the hospital for about a week and then died. His name was Cody Tucker, in case there's anyone out there who also remembers.

Several years ago I was camping with a couple friends. We were shooting cans with a pistol when one buddy suggested RR. I had the gun, put one bullet in it, spun it, poi ted it at the ground and pulled the trigger. BANG, the gun went off. Two friends nearly shite their pants. I then took the gun and locked it in my truck. We continued to drink beer and they kept telling g me how lucky I was. I said frick that, I'm not stupid enough to out a loaded gun to my head and pull the trigger.
The friend who suggest RR also owned the gun. The next day he sold it. He is scared of hand guns now.
