Can someone not challenge it for the fact that the exact same plans are not offered in every state.

I checked the website and in arkansas the top plan I could get was a "gold" plan. Other states offered a "platinum" plan. If I'm forced by the united states government to buy something from a for-profit company then I should have the option to buy and pay the exact same price as what someone on Maine pays.

Fed supplements to individuals purchasing car insurance? I thought car insurance was a state-driven issue.

Before Obamacare anyone in Arkansas could buy insurance from providers in Maine.

I would love to see a TD class action lawsuit against 'obama-scam', seriously. I would probably join in on it.

I mean, think about it. Exemptions & exceptions are given to this and that group but none are given to this or that group.

What gives?

Sounds like 'unequal' protection under the law.

BTW, there are many lawsuits working their way through the courts right now.

The government knows what you need, bro. Deal with it.

1) I'm not forced to purchase auto insurance just because I breathe.

2) if a person in Maine has the option to buy a plan that pays 90% of the cost then I should also have that option. Equal protection clause, maybe?

3) in auto insurance, I do have the option to purchase the same level of coverage as anyone else but there is no federal auto insurance exchange website.

I'm sorry I don't think I should be FORCED to contribute to the profits of a for-profit company or pay a tax to the government.

I don't think I should be charged higher medical bills because people are too pathetic to insure themselves.
