I loved living in the Bay area and hope to get back there as soon as I can, but frick their inflated pricing on EVERYTHING out there.

Rams are the cheapest at $4.50 with the Raiders the highest at $10.75 and the 49ers at $10.25 after that.

Somehow this is Goodell's fault.

I assume Rams are the cheapest because of their proximity to Anheuser Busch?

Probably has something to do with Anheuser-Busch being a block away

Good thing the Raiders prices are the highest. Their fans are already crazy enough.

The Browns are only at $5? How does that work? I went to an Indians game last summer and the beer was 8 or 9 dollars, and I would have expected the NFL to be higher

Pointless graph since they specifically call out different "smallest sizes." I'm sure if everyone was serving 20 oz. Bud Light as the smallest, cheapest beer that prices would level out.

some of that is the size, it's not uniform. My initial reaction glossed over that. the smallest in StL is 12 oz. While the smallest in Oakland is 20 oz.

In Cleveland and Cincy where you can get a $5 beer the smallest size is 14 and 12 oz.

The best deals are in Carolina, New England, and Tampa where you can get a 20 ouncer for $7.50.

This is correct. The graph is misleading.

The $5 beer at the Jets games is a 12oz busch beer in a can. It is only sold at a handful of locations within the stadium, and is cash only. The superdome doesnt offer this cheaper option, although I absolutely think they should.

I stopped buying beer on principle at Saints games when they hit $8.

Just the other day, I paid $4 for a bottle of Mich Ultra at Pluckers and was infuriated that I paid 400% markup. Then, I see that the Rams are charging $4.50 and I'm like "WHAT A DEAL!"

Please tell me you didn't buy them. That's not even close to worth it.

The funny thing is the NFL claims they raised the prices on beer to cut back on drunk driving after games...but yet they keep raising the price of bottled water and fountain drinks...

This would be more meaningful if it were reported on a per oz. basis.

Graph is so misleading its ridiculous. Went to Saints/Rams last year in St. Louis. That $4.50 will get you the smallest beer you can possibly serve without losing money on plastic cups.

Ya that makes sense, IIRC the beer I had in Cleveland was decent size (seemed bigger than 12 oz) but it definitely wasn't $5 or I know I would have had quite a bit more
