Swiftkey or Swype? Which is better?

With both these keyboards launching on the iOS 8 later this week (Swiftkey is Free and Swype is $0.99), it is time to ditch the default iOS keyboard for one of these two. Just wondering if Android users prefer one over the other, since you guys have had both for a while now. Is Swiftkey better at predicting words than Swype for example?

SwiftKey, especially after their last major update that added so much customization. Not very close anymore.

SwiftKey, the Android version has swype capability built into it. I use both traditional typing and swype in the same sentence sometimes.

SwiftKey predictions are unrivaled in my experience. I honestly only type out about 5% of my words, if that.

Swiftkey by a mile. Give it at least a couple of weeks and it will be able to predict almost anything you want to type.
Don't fall for gimmicky keyboards like fleksy or minuum. I've tried so many keyboards and always go back to Swiftkey within a week.

I started to get lazy on my gesture swiping. It does the wrong word because I don't quite get to the letter I want.
Swiftkey though FTW.

SwiftKey is awesome. You will actually swipe very little once you use it for a little bit and it starts predicting 95% of your words.

I'm much faster 2-thumbing it, just wildly tapping anywhere on the correct side of the keyboard for the letter I want, and then when the word I want comes up in the suggestions I tap it. Oh, and turn on the arrow keys. It makes corrections easier for the times you actually have to make a correction.

You need to update iOS. If you have, wait a while and search again I guess.
