Their DL scares me based on what I've seen from our OL.

Not good enough.

Also, you know nothing about our O-line.

Not very.

UAB threw for over 400. The other two teams threw for 280 and 230 or so.

Every team they have faced has thrown for FAR more than their average against MSU. UAB threw for damn near 500 yds against them.

They have played a shitty schedule thus far, not one test worthy opponent. I saw their game against South Alabama on SECN today, and USA should've thrown for even more than they did. First series, USA WR flat dropped a TD as he was well behind the secondary and the ball hit him in stride.

Long and short is, you come across sorta foolish not knowing anything about the opponent, but stating you're scared of a team that hasn't beaten LSU since gas was $1.22/gallon.

Their DL is cause for concern but they're going to be completely dependent on the DL for disrupting pass plays because the secondary is awful.

Our receivers are going to be in a track meet...against each other.

The newspapers over here in Ms. say the DB's are the weak link and D-line the strength. The QB, from Haughton,La. is their strength. 2 good receivers.

I didn't say that I was scared of a team. I said that the DL made me nervous. If you're gonna been an arse, pay attention first.

Taveze Calhoun is their best corner. He has good size and ball skills. Jamerson Love at the other corner is a playmaker. Their weakness is at safety. The guys back there are a bit limited athletically. LSU should be able to make plays against them in the passing game.

Looking back at last year's game, Beckham really went to work on these guys. We can see if some of the young receivers can have a similar performance.

You're right, homey! But I was really talking about the DL, not the team. I remember that dude Chris Jones from last year, and they're talking like some other dude on the line is better than him. That's what is making me nervous with our young QB. I was wrong. I'm sorry. But you're still an arse!

Mullen alternated complete line ups for USM and UAB. He did it on offense and defense.

- Against USM, the first team defense gave up 58 yds and 0 pts on 5 drives.
- Against UAB, the first team defense gave up 219 yds and 13 pts on 8 drives.
- Against USA, Mullen did normal rotations with subbing lines and individuals vs the whole team. 118 yds was given up in the 4th qtr against the 2nd and 3rd teams.

There were 2 notable break-downs with the first team secondary against UAB. Calhoun was beaten on an 88 yd TD play, and the whole secondary was sucked in on a flea-flicker that gained 53 yds and resulted in a FG. The other FG was after a -2 yard drive.

The UAB substitution pattern drove MSU fans insane. It was like Mullen was seeing what he could do to keep UAB in the game.
