iPad crashing

1 gen iPad has been crashing for no reason lately. Any fix? Any GIF will crash it but now it is crashing on just about every new page. Need to update?

I am going through the same thing, and guess what
there are no more updates for us

No it's like a hard reset. Hold the bottom button and the power button down at the same time until it shuts down and the Apple logo reappears.
Let us know if that does it.
