does anyone here work for them or have any experience with their Next Generation Program? I interviewed with them the other day, they seem pretty interesting.

Damn, I was wanting to apply for that. I need to get back on the ball for sending out resumes.

That's some complicated sounding shite right there. Sounds like they need a token black. Where do I send my name to get up on the hiring list?

I hope you didn't use Varco back to back like you did in the title. "Yes, I'm very interested in working for National Oilwell Varco Varco".

No worries man, I have actually heard someone say "NOV Varco" in conversation. That's the only reason I said that.

Why not try and get on with an E&P outfit?

because yours truly does not have an engineering background. I'll graduate in Poli Sci with O&G experience, along with military experience and a good work ethic..

Wtf are you blabbering about?

What does compensation/progression look like?
Posted on 9/16/14 at 2:07 pm to raw dog
progression looks good, I am not sure about the compensation. The salary range of this program is 44k-65k, the avg is 53K. I am not really sure where I would get slotted in.
