What stinks about this entire situation is the business now has to hire a lawyer and spend money to fight a citation that should have never been written.

They will always fall back into this kind of crap. Its not about the law its about using whatever power you have to frick people up. Get an arrest or charge by any means.

They say it like they are going above and beyond. You know, you might be wrongly accused and go thousands out of pocket to defend yourself, BUT WE MIGHT let you go at that point.
