Married OT: how do you perceive your wife's claims of sexism at her workplace?

I was recently talking to a female friend that was deeply disturbed by the sexist language that was used at her job. She is the only female in the company, and she didn't not like how some of their business partners were referred to as "female lawyer" and "female doctor" and etc. she was worked about how these implicit sentiments could seep into their business practices.
So it complied me to ask the OT: how do y'all perceive your own spouses claims of a sexist work environment?

My wife is normal, so we don't discuss this stupid shite.

My wife stays at home. Her boss is pretty sexist. He tells her that she is lucky to have a job and that she is easily replaceable.

Add to that, there is some sort of unspoken gay privilege that permits the gay dude to call your wife a bitch (without impunity) during the course of conversation, but you cannot.

Mine knows her role and accepts it

Ask her if "gash bloodsucker" and "gash bloodletter" sounds better.

My wife has mentioned comments that have taken place at her work, but I'm really don't pay much attention to what she is saying. I just act concerned and give a token comment and hopefully that will do.

I don't see the problem.

I'd never see a female doctor but would love a bitchy female lawyer on my side.
