That cold front completely friked up the fishing

over the weekend. Big lake was a complete bust. Fished Joes cove,West cove,Ship Channel,Jetties,Sabine river @ the Intracoastal.
Not one trout or red.

Friends fished Lake P and had pretty much the same results.

Glad I didn't go. They called for wind yesterday and it was blowing in NOLA, don't know about Cocodrie.

sustained 20 mph with 26 gusts all day Saturday. Was freaking horrible.

yakked into the wind on the way out Saturday and into the wind on the way in Caught a bass on my first cast and nothing the rest of the day

15 reds this weekend. Only thing that killed the bite was the rain but after about 30 mins after rain stopped, it was back on. I will say I saw a lot of shrimp and could only get them to bite shrimp like lures... DOA, Vudu, etc. Only caught 1 on matrix shad and not even a hit on topwater, ratltrap, spinner, etc
