So our duck pond needs water and needs it bad. No pump on the property and unless the good lord brings the monsoon we could be in trouble. What other options do we have ?

I too have seen stories of the black tarp working, especially in heavy dew.

You need a thick shiny black visqueen.

You could also look into renting a water truck to cart water in. Are you close to any stream or bayou? We have had rent a pump and pump it in several times.
